About the event
- This live call will explore the theme for the month and infuse journal prompts for self-discovery.
- These sessions will include a somatic practice or guided visualization related to the monthly theme, to ground into the experience and allow for intuitive insights to come through (releasing the "monkey mind" and becoming present in our body)
- Any remaining time in these sessions will be open to answer questions you may have or do some lightning round coaching.
